You are invited to participate in our research study, The Effects of Unilateral Versus Bilateral Resistance Training on Lower-Limb Asymmetry, Dynamic Stability, and Strength in Adolescents. With this study we will be researching if one leg at a time or both legs together is better for improving strength, balance and movement in teenagers.
The study is being conducted by Mckenna Smet, a doctoral candidate in Health and Human Performance at Concordia University Chicago, and all testing and training sessions will take place at Elite Wellness Performance & Recovery located at 44427 Atwater Dr. Suite 130 Ashburn, VA 20147 Ashburn, VA.
