Online Programming will allow each client to meet with their personal trainer for an initial assessment. During this initial session, we will review your goals, put you through a body composition analysis, and conduct a movement assessment to gain an insight on your areas of improvement.
Nutrition can also be added to your program to help guide you on how to fuel yourself properly and maximize your performance outcomes. Online programming can be customized for general fitness enthusiasts or for athletes at any competing level.
