SPORTS NUTRITION
FUELING YOUR BODY!

We specialize in creating meal plans, educating clients about their specific nutritional needs, and tracking progress. Helping clients gain knowledge and understanding of proper nutrition is extremely critical in reaching athletic performance goals.
Nutritional demands of your sport or activity require different amounts of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, along with varying levels of macro and micronutrients. Your athletic performance, energy level, and mood can be impacted by improper nutrition.
Nutrient timing, body composition, energy expenditure, caloric intake, and overall lifestyle all need to be taken into consideration to achieve maximum results.
NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION INCLUDES
- Meeting with the Sports Nutritionist to discuss goals
Body composition SECA scan and anaylsis
- Customized meal plan
Access to nutrition tracking app (no additional fee)
Bi-Weekly body composition follow-up scans and analysis up to 3 months
Eating a good diet can help provide the energy you need. You are more likely to be tired and perform poorly during sports when you do not get enough:
- Calories
- Carbohydrates
- Fluids
- Iron, vitamins, and other minerals
- Protein
The ideal diet for an athlete is not very different from the diet recommended for any healthy person.
However, the amount of each food group you need will depend on:
- The type of sport
- The amount of training you do
- The amount of time you spend doing the activity or exercise
Our Sports Nutritionist will determine exactly what you need before, during, and after your sport’s season so that you can be at your best at all times.

“As a person who played volleyball throughout most of my life, I have experienced the impacts of a lack of proper nutrition. My passion is to educate and inspire young athletes to realize how critical nutrition can be when it comes to their performance as an athlete.
Realizing that not all foods are created equal and that each individual has different metabolic needs, it is important to understand what to eat and the appropriate nutrient timing for eating those foods.
By using our medical grade SECA body scan, we review the muscle and fat distribution and level of hydration. Together with our clients, we create a reasonable plan that fits their needs and lifestyle.
Our 3-month program allows us to monitor changes bi-weekly and adjust the plan as needed to help the athletes to achieve the goals we set together.
My ultimate goal is to see them grow as healthy adults by adopting good eating habits and active lifestyles.”
