My son has been seeing Alex twice a week for a couple months to recover from a shoulder injury. I had no idea what was missing from his baseball training until we worked with Alex. My son is stronger, more coordinated, and now has a well-established arm care routine warmup. He fully recovered while being able to continue with his travel baseball season. His care has been carefully tracked and personalized using many data points from things like body scans and thermal imaging. The facility is impeccable and every person we have encountered has been super welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. I cannot recommend Elite Wellness or Alex any more highly.

Elite Wellness provides individual attention even when in a small class setting. The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you improve. They are like family who greet you every time you walk in and get to know what works best for you. They have taught me the proper techniques and explained how the different techniques work the different muscles. I know my time at Elite Wellness has not only improved my physical body but also helped me feel more confident around weight lifting.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff, very well equipped with machines. The data from my vo2 max test was very detailed and informing and provides good data to assist me in training better and smarter. Would highly recommend!
