EMILY MOFFITT

Emily graduated from Roanoke College in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science. A former member of the Roanoke women’s soccer team, she brings 19 years of playing experience and a strong commitment to athletic performance. Her passion for fitness led her to pursue exercise science, and she has since expanded her expertise in recovery, nutrition, and holistic health.

To get her workout in, Emily likes attending fun work out classes, going on walks and runs, and lifting weights. During her free time, she likes to work on fun projects, hang out with friends and family, and visiting new places. She also likes to spend time in the kitchen trying new recipes.
