KELLY RYAN

Kelly has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech. She has a passion for holistic health and enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels. Working as a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer she has been able to combine her love for nutrition and exercise to help her clients reach their goals.

Kelly has been an athlete her whole life, playing volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track and field. She played on the Virginia Tech Club Volleyball Team and has continued her love for the sport by Coaching at Loudoun Elite Volleyball!
