Which Evaluation
Is Right for You?
You selected the Injury path. Before you book, use the guide below to confirm whether the performance-focused Fitness Assessment or the clinically focused Rehab Evaluation is the better first step.
Fitness Assessment
For strength, movement quality, body composition, sport performance, and a measurable training baseline. Includes body composition scanning, force-plate testing, 3D motion analysis, and a guided hands-on exercise portion.

When should I choose a Rehab Evaluation?
Choose the Rehab Evaluation if you have an injury, are post-surgery, have recurring or unexplained pain, movement dysfunction, a chronic condition, or return-to-play needs. It is the required clinical starting point before Clinical Rehab sessions are scheduled.
Will the first visit include treatment?
The appointment is a Rehab Evaluation and Treatment visit. The clinician first evaluates the concern, then uses the remaining visit time for appropriate treatment and next-step guidance.
What happens after the evaluation?
Your provider recommends the appropriate number and frequency of Clinical Rehab sessions. Clinical Rehab is delivered by appropriately licensed providers, and techniques that require licensure are used only within that provider's credentials and scope.
Can Elite coordinate with my medical care team?
Yes, when appropriate and with your permission. Elite Wellness can communicate with an external provider or therapist while staying within its professional scope. Please avoid submitting private medical details through general website forms.
Evaluation Before Sessions.
Do not self-select Targeted Sports Recovery for an injury or post-surgical concern. Start with a Rehab Evaluation so a licensed provider can determine what you need and recommend the appropriate number and frequency of Clinical Rehab sessions.
Evaluate. Recommend. Rebuild.
The Rehab Evaluation comes first. Your provider then recommends the Clinical Rehab sessions needed and reassesses progress toward daily function, training, or sport.
