Is the Fitness Assessment required for new clients?
Yes. It gives the team a measurable baseline for movement quality, body composition, force production, and your current training needs before recommending the right format or coaching level.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and training shoes. Bring any relevant goals, prior testing information, or questions you want the team to address during your visit.
What happens after the assessment?
The team reviews your results, explains the priorities, and guides you toward the training format and session length that best fit your goals. You are not required to choose a package before the assessment.
