A clear service. A purposeful place in your plan.

Your coach uses your assessment findings, training history, goals, schedule, and current capacity to establish priorities. Sessions are coached one-on-one, with exercise selection and progression adjusted as your needs change.

Elite offers Personal, Advanced, and Elite trainer levels, plus 30- and 60-minute session options. The right level and duration depend on the amount of oversight, complexity, and coaching time your plan requires.

Do new personal-training clients need an assessment first?

Yes. New training clients begin with a Fitness Assessment so the program can reflect objective findings, goals, and current capacity.

What is the difference between the three trainer levels?

Trainer levels reflect education, certifications, experience, clinical expertise, and scope of practice. The Performance Training overview explains which level may fit different goals.

Can I choose 30- or 60-minute sessions?

Yes. All three trainer levels offer 30- and 60-minute options, subject to the service and trainer’s availability.

Choose the right next step—without guessing.

Open seven days a week by appointment. New clients can start with the recommended evaluation; returning clients can use the established-service action.
