Evaluate First. Rebuild With a Clinical Plan.

The clinical pathway for injury, post-surgery recovery, pain, movement dysfunction, and return-to-play needs. Every new injury or post-surgical client begins with a Rehab Evaluation before Clinical Rehab sessions are scheduled.

Overview

Clinical Rehab in Ashburn, Virginia

If you have an injury or are returning after surgery, schedule a Rehab Evaluation first. A licensed clinical provider reviews your history, symptoms, restrictions, movement, range of motion, and objective strength data so the next step is based on findings—not a self-selected recovery service.

After the evaluation, your provider explains the recommended number and frequency of Clinical Rehab sessions. Those sessions can progress through appropriate hands-on care, corrective exercise, strength rebuilding, and return-to-play or return-to-function work, with the plan reassessed as you improve.

Located in Ashburn, Elite Wellness serves clients throughout Loudoun County, Fairfax County, and Northern Virginia, with clients also traveling from Maryland, Washington, DC, and West Virginia for specialized clinical rehab, performance, and recovery services. By Appointment Only. Our team responds quickly by text or call when you are unsure which service to book.
