A clear service. A purposeful place in your plan.

Your licensed clinical provider reviews the relevant history, surgical restrictions or medical guidance, and current concern, then evaluates movement, range of motion, and objective strength when appropriate. The first visit can also include care selected from those findings.

After the evaluation, your provider recommends the number and frequency of Clinical Rehab sessions you need. Clinical Rehab is delivered by appropriately licensed providers so licensed techniques can be used when indicated; progress is reassessed and the plan can change as you improve.

How is a Rehab Evaluation different from a Fitness Assessment?

Choose a Rehab Evaluation for acute injury, pain, movement dysfunction, chronic conditions, or return-to-play needs. Choose a Fitness Assessment for performance, strength, movement-quality, or body-composition goals without a primary clinical concern.

Does treatment happen during the first visit?

Yes. The visit is an evaluation and treatment appointment. The exact hands-on care or exercise depends on the findings.

What happens after the evaluation?

Your provider explains the findings and recommends the appropriate number and frequency of Clinical Rehab sessions. The plan may include licensed techniques, corrective exercise, home guidance, reassessment, or outside coordination according to your needs.

Who provides Clinical Rehab?

Clinical Rehab is delivered by appropriately licensed clinical providers. Techniques that require licensure are performed only by a provider whose credentials and scope allow them to use those techniques.

Should I book Targeted Sports Recovery instead?

Choose Targeted Sports Recovery for overall body soreness, training fatigue, general tightness, and maintenance when no clinical injury evaluation is needed. Injury and post-surgery care starts with the Rehab Evaluation.

Choose the right next step—without guessing.

Open seven days a week by appointment. New clients can start with the recommended evaluation; returning clients can use the established-service action.
