A clear service. A purposeful place in your plan.

Whole-body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) applies adjustable electrical impulses across multiple major muscle groups while the client performs coach-selected movements. The session remains an active EMS workout; the technology does not replace exercise technique, conservative progression, recovery time, or an individualized plan.

Electro Training is non-medical whole-body EMS—not the same as clinician-directed neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) or functional electrical stimulation (FES). Recent surgery and neurologic or neuromuscular diagnoses require medical review, and some circumstances may make non-medical WB-EMS inappropriate.

What is whole-body EMS training?

Whole-body EMS, or whole-body electromyostimulation, uses a wearable electrical muscle stimulation system across major muscle groups while the client completes coach-directed movement. Elite Wellness provides it as an active, supervised 30-minute personal-training format.

Is EMS Training the same as clinical NMES or FES?

No. Clinical neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) and functional electrical stimulation (FES) may target specific muscles within medical or rehabilitation care. Electro Training is non-medical, active whole-body EMS and does not replace physical therapy or diagnosis-specific rehabilitation.

Can I do EMS Training after surgery?

Only after the surgeon or treating rehabilitation team has cleared the relevant area and activity. Recent surgery in a stimulation area may make non-medical whole-body EMS inappropriate. Electro Training can support general reconditioning after formal rehabilitation and clearance, but it is not post-surgical rehabilitation.

What about myopathy, dyskinesia, muscular dystrophy, or another neurologic condition?

These diagnoses require medical evaluation and are not automatic candidates for non-medical whole-body EMS. Some neurologic or neuromuscular conditions may be contraindications. Elite Wellness does not claim that Electro Training treats myopathy, dyskinesia, muscular dystrophy, or another diagnosis.

Is Electro Training appropriate for everyone?

No. The method requires contraindication screening, close supervision, conservative introductory intensity, and adequate recovery. Disclose relevant medical history, recent procedures, implanted devices, and medications and follow any required medical guidance before scheduling.
