Robert received his Bachelors of Science majoring in Exercise Science from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He then completed a Masters degree at Auburn University in Kinesiology with a concentration in Biomechanics.
Throughout his time in school, Robert has participated in many different forms of fitness including powerlifting, weightlifting, Crossfit, and general strength and conditioning. Robert has trained, programmed and advised those in many different occupations and sports to help them achieve their fitness and performance goals.
Robert strives to take what he learned in his higher education and apply that knowledge to his clients with continuous learning and research-based education.
Rob loves to kick back with cold craft beer and watch his favorite sports. He is also passionate about working out to stay in shape.
