ALLIE UPDIKE

Allie has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University. She also has a NASM Corrective Exercise Certification and her Crossfit Level-1 Certification.

She played soccer, basketball, and track & field in High School. She went on to throw the javelin in college where she was a two-time NCAA Champion and went to the 2016 Olympic Trials.

Through sports and her education, she fell in love with how incredible the human body is not only on a physical level but also on a psychological level.

Allie loves to push herself physically and mentally through her own training, which helps her tremendously while training others to accomplish their goals. Her goal is to bridge the gap between sports performance and recovery.

Allie spends lots of time with her adopted buddy Hunter, enjoys Loudoun’s outdoors and trains for Iron Man and CrossFit competitions.
