GABRIELA REDA

Gabriela is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) dedicated to empowering youth athletes and active individuals at Elite Wellness. With a degree in public health, she designs evidence-based coaching and wellness programs that promote physical and mental growth, drawing on her experience as a volleyball coach and youth athletics program director.
Her career spans healthcare and community health, including serving as an EMT, where she gained hands-on experience in emergency care, alongside leading patient navigation programs at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital to improve care access for diverse populations and managing operations for urgent care and surgical centers. Gabriela’s ability to bridge public health, performance training, and education allows her to create impactful, inclusive programs.

A lifelong athlete, Gabriela enjoys strength training, long-distance running, and volleyball (especially beach!). Fluent in Spanish and proud of her Dominican, Irish, and Italian heritage, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work, connecting with communities to inspire health and resilience.
